I founded BSF in 2022 with the mission to help our local community become the best version of themselves, both mentally and physically. I knew that just running people through a workout every now and then was not enough to see true progress. That's why I created our Transformation Program. We focus equally on nutrition, personal fitness, accountability, and everything else that's needed to have a true transformation fro where you are now, to the best version of yourself.
